Create account

In this article you will find helpful information about sign up to HD360 how to create an account and the full onboarding process.

To start, click "Create account" button.

1. Agree with the terms & conditions and the privacy policy by clicking on "I agree".  

You can read the terms & conditions and the privacy policy by clicking on them to open them.

On your screen you will receive a message indicating an email will be sent to your nominated email account to confirm your email address.

2. Create an account with your preferred email

For a quicker way, use your existing email that is registered with your Hastings Deering account.

3. Create a password.

The password must have;

• 8 characters,
• at least one lower and one uppercase character,
• at least one number and one symbol.

4. Confirm your email.

Check your email inbox for the confirmation email and confirm email by clicking on the the CONFIRM EMAIL button.

Now that your email address is confirmed you can continue logging in to the app. 

5. Log in

Follow the onboarding prompts to Log in with your email and the password you just created. 

6. Secure your account.

To enhance security on your account, a mobile number is required to be added for two-factor authentication.  Please enter your mobile phone number.

You will received a one-time passcode via SMS, add it here and click continue.

You will then be ready to navigate the app.

If your email is not in our contact database you will need to provide more details.

If your email address is not in our database, you will be prompted to complete the next step in the onboarding process.

Fill in all the mandatory fields and click complete.

Your information will be reviewed by one of our team members. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your account has been confirmed.
