A. Confirm the account shown in the platform is the correct invoice account for your company. You can check the companies assigned to you by checking your profile. 

 

Q. My details are incorrect

A. Click the support button in the bottom right corner and the team will contact you. 

 

Q. I want to dispute an invoice 

A. Click the support button in the bottom right corner and the team will contact you.
