Viewing Your Outstanding Cores:

You’ll see a list of all your Outstanding Cores with expiry dates for each core, along with the number of days remaining until they expire, as well as the core value for each item.

Category Options:

To streamline your core management, we've categorised them into three groups.

Outstanding: Cores that are awaiting return.

These cores can be filtered by either:

  • At Risk: Cores that are within 30 days of their expiry date (or 60 to 90 days from invoice date), and may be at risk of losing credit eligibility.
  • Overdue: An outstanding core that is 45 - 60 days from invoice date.

Processed: Cores that have been returned, processed and a credit note has been issued.

These cores can be filtered by their credit type:

  • Full credit
  • Damage (partial credit)
  • No credit

Exporting you core information

You can export your Outstanding Cores & Processed Cores information to a CSV file.

To do this click on the Export list button on the top right of the list on both the 'Outstanding Cores' and 'Processed cores'.

You can refine your export by using the filters in the left side panel before you export.

Please note: this functionality is only available on the desktop version of HD360.

Notifications

You can get notified about your Outstanding Cores so you can keep on top of your returns:

  1. Outstanding Cores At Risk: A weekly reminder to view your 'at risk' cores. These are cores that have 30 days or less until they expire and are no longer eligible for a credit return.
  2. Processed Cores: A notification when a returned core has been processed and credit advice issued.

Please note you need to opt-in to notifications.

You can do this by clicking on the notification bell icon and then clicking on the cog icon to take you to the Notification Settings screen to toggle them on.

Please note: Some cores that leave the Outstanding Cores list after 90 days may be in the process of being assessed and will appear in the Processed list once credit has been issued.

Important Note:

All existing processes and rules regarding HDReman™ and Cat® Reman core returns remain unchanged. This feature is designed to make core management more convenient while maintaining your existing practices.
