View by Parts WEB

The parts view is a list of all the parts from all your sales orders, sorted by date last updated and grouped by status.

You can use the filter in the left hand panel or the search input to narrow down the list, and click the "i" icon for explanations of each status.

To navigate there go to:

1. Parts Tracker in the main navigation
2. Click on the Part tab

The list contains the following information:

• Last modified date
• Part name
• Part number
• Sales order
• Purchase order
• Quantity
• Status

The list is searchable by the following:

• Part name
• Part number
• Sales order
• Purchase order
• Status

Snapshots

This view includes 4 snapshots of your sales orders, each one can be clicked on to give you a filtered view of the orders or parts relevant to that status.

1. Open sales orders
2. Parts ready for pick up
3. Part shipped for delivery
4. Parts backordered

Parts list

Each row contains a part grouped by Sales orders, Purchase order and quantity matching the status.

You can click on the row to view the status of the rest of the line item.

This panel also includes a link to the whole sales order.

Parts Status filtering

You can filter the parts list by the following statuses:

• All orders
  • Waiting for processing - Your order is in, and processing the part will begin as your need-by-date approaches.
  • Processing - The part is currently being prepared at the warehouse for pickup or delivery.
  • Transfer - The part has been sourced and is on its way to the warehouse.
  • Backordered - The ordered part is currently out of stock and is on backorder.
• Delivery orders
  • Shipped - The part has been picked up by the courier for delivery.
• Collect orders
  • Ready for pick up - The part is ready to be picked up at the warehouse.
  • Picked up - The part has been picked up from the warehouse.

Exporting your parts information

You can export your parts information to a CSV file.

To do this click on the Export list button on the top right of the list parts list.

You can refine your export by using the filters in the left side panel before you export.
