Assets Overview

In this article you will find general information about your assets list.

1. Click the Assets option at the top of the menu bar

 

Assets Information

Machine Information:

In this first column you will find general information about the asset, like model image, asset ID, model number and serial number. This information will help you to identify the asset.

Last Reported Hours

This second column shows the total hours the asset has been used.

Last Reported Location

The third column shows the asset's latest reported location in the format: suburb, state, and postcode. T

     

Last Report

You can see the latest date and time that the asset has reported information.

The colour-codes for connectivity status are:

 

• The machine is connected and is reporting 

   

• The machine is connected but it is not reporting in the last 7 days

   

• The machine is not connected and it is not reporting

Note: If your asset is not connected you can request to be connected by using the three dots at the far right and then clicking Request connection.

This request generates a ticket to the Hastings Deering Technology specialists to assist you as soon as possible. 

High Fault Codes

In the last column, you will find the assets high fault codes reported in the last 7 days, you can click the high fault code badge to be taken to a more in-depth view of this machine's high fault codes.
