Request Service

To request a service for your asset , you need to access to the asset page and you will find the "Request Service" button located under the assets image.

1. Click on “Request Service” and a panel will slide on the side with the options to request a service.
2. You can view the details included in the request by clicking the arrow (accordion) next to “Details included in request”.
3. Select the type of service you want, below the question “What kind of service?”, there are two options:
   1. Field Service
   2. Workshop.
4. Provide additional details about the service in the free text box, such as your preferred branch or location, and specify whether you need repair or preventive maintenance for your machine.
5. Click on “Send Request” and a new screen is displayed with a success message and a Zendesk ticket is send to the Hastings Deering agents to manage the request.
